Clearing the path home.
For 57 years, we’ve shaped the landscape of Israeli construction. Founded in 1969 under the ownership of the State of Israel and the Ministry of Construction and Housing, and transitioning to private ownership with a lifelong commitment in 1999, we are now clearing the path home.
We exist to be the most transparent, professional gateway for Jewish families abroad to partner in building and settling the land. We open doors, share knowledge, and create connections that turn vision into real outcomes – a partnership, a project, a home.

Led by The Israeli Building Center – a 1969-founded organization at the heart of Israeli construction – Home® consolidates serious demand from Jewish families abroad and channels it into vetted opportunities with leading developers.

Eran Rolls
Owner & Chairman, The Israel Building Center and The Israel Building Center Group
The Israeli Building Center is the leading professional and institutional body in Israel for construction, real estate, and settlement. Founded in 1969 by the Government of Israel to advance the construction sector, the Center operated under the ownership of the Ministry of Housing and Construction until 1999. Since then, it has functioned as an independent organization with a clear public and national standing.
Since its privatization, the Center has served as the central, connecting arena of Israel’s construction and real estate sector, maintaining an ongoing professional dialogue between the Government of Israel, local authorities, and the private real estate sector. In this role, the Center constitutes a strategic hub for translating national policy into on-the-ground implementation, promoting cross-sector collaboration, and accelerating planning, development, and execution processes.
In addition, for 57 years the Israeli Building Center has operated a network of colleges and professional training programs in construction, real estate, and design, educating managers, entrepreneurs, and skilled professionals – a central pillar in developing the human capital of Israel’s construction industry.
Chairman and Owner: Eran Rolls.
Married to Irit, with four children. Residing in Ramat Hasharon, he views his role at the Israeli Building Center as a public and values-driven mission – to advance partnership in building the land and to foster a Zionist, ethical connection among people of shared purpose, working together for the future of the State of Israel.
Nir Shmoul
Real estate executive and entrepreneur
CEO and partner in an urban development and urban renewal company (est. 2006), operating on an owner-centric model and representing apartment and landowners in large-scale urban regeneration and residential development projects across Israel.
The company leads projects on behalf of property owners – from strategy and planning through execution – in close collaboration with local authorities and professional teams.
CEO and co-founder of SNIR, a real estate marketing and strategy firm (est. 2010), specializing in high-rise, mixed-use, and complex real estate developments in Israel and international markets.
Chairman of the Snir Association for Equal Opportunities in Israeli Society (est. 2010), a nonprofit organization focused on community strengthening, social mobility, and large-scale volunteer initiatives.
Nir brings a unique perspective that integrates owner-led development, strategic marketing, and social impact, with a long-term commitment to building sustainable communities in Israel.
He is 48 years old, married to Lilach, a father of five, and resides in Ramot HaShavim, Israel.
