Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how The Israeli Building Center (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information you provide through the Website coming-home.co.il. The Policy is provided in compliance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and related regulations.

1. What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the details you provide: first name, last name, email address, phone number, country / state, and — where you choose to share — your stated interest (e.g. investment, future home, aliyah) and approximate budget band. We may also collect technical, non-identifying information such as browser type and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

2. Why we collect it

We use the information to:

  • contact you in response to your inquiry;
  • match you with relevant professionals and projects from our network;
  • improve the Website and our service;
  • comply with legal obligations.

3. With whom we share

We share your details with members of our internal team and with professionals from our network (such as developers, attorneys and financing partners) where this is necessary to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell personal information. Hosting and analytics infrastructure is provided by Vercel Inc.; the lead form is processed via our internal CRM (fibc-crm).

4. Cookies

The Website uses functional cookies (or browser storage) to remember your acknowledgment of the privacy notice and similar essential preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out above, or as required by applicable law. You may at any time ask us to delete your information, subject to legal obligations that may require us to retain it.

6. Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law you have the right to review your personal information held by us (section 13), to ask for its correction (section 14), and, in certain circumstances, to ask for its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at finance@building.org.il. We will respond within the time required by law.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration or loss. No system can guarantee absolute security; we recommend that you also follow common security practices regarding your own credentials and devices.

8. Children

The Website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The version on this page is the current one; the date at the top reflects the most recent update.
