Welcome to coming-home.co.il (“the Website”). The Website is operated by The Israeli Building Center (“the Operator”, “we”, “us”). Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept any term, do not use the Website.

The Website is an informational and lead-capture platform. We present vetted real-estate opportunities in Israel and connect interested parties — primarily Jewish families abroad — with relevant professionals. We do not act as a real-estate broker on this Website and we do not sell property through it; any transaction takes place outside the Website pursuant to separate agreements.

2. Information presented

Information about projects, developers and partners is presented for illustrative purposes and is sourced from public information, developer materials and third parties. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate, but we do not warrant its completeness or applicability. Any decision made on the basis of information presented here is the visitor’s sole responsibility.

3. Submitting personal details

Submitting contact details through the lead form is voluntary. By submitting, you consent to our use of the information to contact you and to share it with relevant professionals from our network. Full handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
